Charged with technical decision making and strategy for the U.S. entity of Gizra, an international software and web development agency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with project stakeholders to determine needs and scope applicable technical solutions.
• Evaluating the technological landscape in key verticals including education and non-profits/NGOs.
• Building an account management apparatus that reflects the company's commitment to transparency and open-source collaboration.
• Maintaining and further innovating a technological stack to make web projects more cost efficient and powerful for clients.

Led the development of educational philosophy and pilot programs for a new organization dedicated to Jewish education. Spearheaded efforts to dramatically increase the level of educator training done in online settings.

Key responsibilities and achievements included:

• Created an online learning system to introduce key concepts, ideas, and best practices in experiential education to volunteer staff of travel education programs.
• Developed a database and planning tool for informal educators to create and deliver meaningful educational content.
• Led an initiative to create an online “conflict education toolkit” designed to introduce students of a variety of ages and experience to the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Led the operation and development of a leading travel education organization in Israel. Directed the fundraising effort for a robust, grant-supported offering of educational programs.

Key responsibilities and achievements included:

• Maintained and executed a budget for a multi-million-dollar international operation with staff in two continents. Throughout a ten-year period, grew program participation by a factor of more than 100 times.
• Served as a member of the International Education Committee for Birthright Israel.
• Self-taught and wrote software applications for registration and application handling (PHP, MySQL, Java).
